Terms & Conditions

1. The "GoodSouls.Online" is based on an experimental advertising & crowdfunding campaign and will branch out to various artworks to appreciate & encourage goodness, good deeds, words & behaviour.
   
   Sponsors/Advertisers will be rewarded in future on moral grounds and for promotional purpose according to below mentioned terms.


2. The minimum advertising/sponsorship order can be of one block of '100x100' pixels costing 1 SOL or .05 ETH. There are 100 adblocks and multiple & adjacent blocks can be ordred subject to availability.


3. The plan is to reward back the sponsors/advertisers worth 125% of block sponsorship fees for appreciating & promotional purposes by Xmas or as soon as possible within one year; that's on moral ground and sponsors/advertisers cannot claim anything in case of bit delay.


4. The supposed images must be either in JPEG or PNG or GIF format and will be resized to the exact size of the ordered blocks sizes.(Eg. for 1 block of 100x100 pixels, the advertising image will be resized to 100px height & 100px width. For 2 adjacent blocks, that should be either of "100x200" or "200x100" pixels and so on accordingly).


5. Link to any website, app or contents, that is related to any obscene, adult, illegal, inhuman activities, such material will not be accepted.
   
   
6. Sponsors/Advertisers must have authenticity to provide the image and links they submit and will be sole responsible for their content. Also the "GoodSouls.Online" is neither responsible nor insures any content of outside websites and aaps being advertised on the site.


7. Sponsors must be of sound minded persons of at least of 25 years.


8. The ads can be displayed for as long as possible and for at least until the 200% rewards are disbursed to all the sponsors and advertisers.
   
   
9. Please make sure before ordering block as there will be no refund in case any advertiser wishes to cancel advertising order within initial 100 days. Any such refund request will be processed after 100 days.


10. The "GoodSouls.Online" reserves the right to modify the terms with respect to the sponsors', advertisers' & stakeholders' best interests.
